Italian Villa Wedding

The Villa at View Lane is the perfect venue for any event. We had an intimate Italian themed wedding and the bride and groom loved the stunning natural architecture of the villa. The perfect getaway

I hosted my 30th birthday mini getaway here and it was perfect. Many of us traveled from Long Island/NYC and this was an oasis. The bedrooms were comfortable, the guys enjoyed the pool table and the pool was the best part. The kitchen was fully stocked, the surround system in the living room was amazing. This villa truly has it all and we can’t wait to do this again.

Family Trip

When reviews say that pictures don’t do this property justice they are correct. If you think what you see in pictures is unrealistic, just wait until you see it in person. The exterior is very elegant, and the inside of the home is updated. We enjoyed the ample counter space and sinks as we were a group of 10 adults. The pool was exactly what we needed for our Fourth of July week. Michael has thought of everything his guest will need plus a little more. From pool noodles, to grill utensils, drink pitchers, mugs with lids, and toiletries (among a few). His communication along with Elijah’s was very consistent and professional. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We look forward to visiting again.

Tuscany Vibes in NJ!

This villa is absolutely beautiful!! From the moment you drive up you feel like you’re arriving at Tuscany!! The pictures only depict a quarter of how stunning it looks inside. The host was so accommodating in ensuring we were able to still host our celebration for my sister after a bit of personal issues that we had prior. He was able to change the date for us to be able to celebrate. A wonderful experience from beginning to end! Highly recommend staying here! We can’t wait to return again at another time to enjoy it again for a summer weekend with family!!!

Amazing Owner

I rented this House for a corporate photo shoot. I came in for a site visit and stayed overnight and it was amazing. We spent four days shooting for a magazine and the owner was amazing and even sent celebratory gifts to help us close out the photo session. Highly recommend. Very clean. Beautiful pool. And the grounds are immaculate. Book this property!!!

I booked this place for our annual company BBQ, which was a great turnout! All staff loved the space and the amenities; they couldn't stop raving about it, which made them feel valued. I definitely would recommend this place for any gathering.

Perfect place for a getaway with friends

Had a bunch of couples over for my girlfriends birthday and the house was everything as pictured and more. Pretty much had everything we needed outside of groceries and the owner was always helpful and available for questions. Will rent again.

A piece of paradise!

This estate is simply amazing. If you're looking for the perfect place to escape or the perfect place to take your family I recommend you book this property. The scenery is stunning, the atmosphere relaxing. The host was always responsive and welcoming. There is an adage that says there is no place like home. Well the person who said that certainly never lived here. Thanks for making our vacation worthwhile.

Unbelievable Home with the Best Pool with a View in Jersey

First, I must say, I have met many homeowners when renting properties over the years, and Michael is easily one of the best. He was so accommodating and helpful and understanding. Amazing guy. The home itself is absolutely incredible. Extremely well stocked, great common spaces, lovely bedrooms, 4 bedrooms (But sleeps up to 16) pool table, and of course, the outstanding pool area. This spot is just breathtaking. The view goes all the way to the river. Really really amazing spot for a weekend with friends or family. Can't give 6 stars, but I would! If you rent, tell Michael Cody sent you!

Everyone had a blast!

I intentionally booked this place to accommodate a surprise birthday party for my mom. And it went beyond that. First of all, Michael was easy and pleasant to communicate to. He provided me with all the answers I needed, giving me less stress from the preparation of the party. Then check in day came, they provided someone to help and to show me around the house, that way, I knew where all the stuff are and I was given a chance to tell her what else I needed during the stay and if ever there was some changes I want in the house, she did it right there and there. The house was loaded with stuff you will possibly need for the stay. I was worried that I forgot to bring a cooler for the drinks but there were four fridges for drinks alone which worked out perfectly for my need. Party day came, I had last minute things I forgot. The helper they provided gave me the assistance I need so I could focus on what I needed to do. My mom was so surprised how big the place was! And all the guests also of course. Everyone had a blast! It was also a nice day outside after the rain, so a lot were hanging outside and enjoying the beautiful ambiance and view. The house has lots of sitting places for all the guests. It was a spectacular place! Too bad it’s still winter time when I booked and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool. Hopefully some other time. It was a good stay overall.

Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience! Unlike most reviews, we stayed during the winter time. The stunning views with the snowflakes falling only added to a perfect experience. The layout of the house never made you feel bored. Every room has a unique touch to it. It’s bigger than the pictures posted. Hot tub outdoors in the winter time was a treat The internet was high speed and allowed for great live streams. If we had any questions, Michael was quick to help. Felt comfortable throughout our stay. Will repeat every year.

NJ for the win

We work in production and had a big commercial shooting nearby so we needed a house to call home base. We are so lucky to have found this spot as it was beautiful, extremely peaceful while still being close to whatever we needed, and the host Michael was a such pleasure to work with. If you want an experience that's as easy and smooth as possible, I highly recommend this house and host.

Nice Weather, Nice Place

We got lucky at the weather department. Gorgeous late summer days with blue skies and puffy white clouds. The property provided a great back-drop for us to take pictures. Inside, it is well furnished and the kitchen is spacious for us to prepare dinner. Overall, we were very happy to have booked this place.
