Staff at this hotel lacked any kind of customer service. Blood stained towel, stained bedding and no paths cleared at the hotel entrance during a blizzard. Having dined at the restaurant we were telephoned in our room accused of not paying our bill, luckily I asked for a receipt.

All is perfect! We loved all! My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, and I really loved the gluten free food! For me the Hunting chicken is the best Aberdeen’s hunting chicken (yes, eat the similar food in other differents places in Aberdeen! But, of the hotel restaurant is the best!).

The reception was lovely and warm, however the bedroom was not! Even turning the heating up to full and leaving the room for a few hours, did not help much. The bar was fairly warm, but the dining room was so cold, that they actually had an electric heater, plugged in. The price of their beer was extortionate, at £5:50 per bottle. In the local supermarket, you could get the same bottled beer for just over a pound per bottle.
