The property features a 4 bedrooms with 2 living areas offering accommodation for up to 12 guests. It is the perfect getaway for large groups for a family holiday, girl’s weekend getaway, a romantic getaway or just a place for your family to unwind and enjoy the unrivaled peace and privacy.

Breemiloy Homestead has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. All guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property or accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Breemiloy is a scenic 18 minute drive from local wineries, boutique restaurants and the Hunter Valley Gardens, yet just 12 mins drive to Cessnock, 15 mins to the Hunter Expressway and 20 minutes from the M1 Freeway from Sydney.

With 11 foot ceilings throughout, ducted air-conditioning throughout, 2 over-size lounge areas featuring a wood-burning fireplace. Relax on one of the wrap around verandahs with the paper or a good book, sipping on a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of your favourite Hunter vino while listening to the Bellbirds calling. Relax in the large outdoor heated spa overlooking the rear paddocks after a day exploring the region.

Bring your own horse as there are 3 separate paddocks with post and rail fencing with a large outdoor arena or go on a trail ride through the surrounding area.
