I would give the cleaning staff 4 stars. They did their part with what they had to work with. I'm not sure if the shower bottom needed replacement or if that was some type of skid preventive measure. The evening staff person was excellent. He was both cordial and professional. My concern with the lady who checked us in. We made out reservations a couple of days in advance. We arrived at a little before 3pm. There didn't appear to be anyone else in the lobby, and we were able to park in the first stall closest to the entry. I mention this because we were placed at the end of the hall which was right by a road that sounded like a drag strip allllll nightttt long. I know that she must be aware of the noise, and can do nothing about it. My beef is that if I had shown up at 9:00 that night, I would take what was available and be satisfied, but that was not the case.We were woke up 5 times from 10:30pm to 4:15am. My wife had surgery the next morning and was exhausted, because of a lack of sleep. Would like to have had a room on the other end of the hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant for me (Wife could not eat) The amenities were outrageous 3 and 4 dollars for $1.00 items.... Probable done with yall

We really appreciated all of the extra special efforts to make the guests stay above and beyond standard care! The breakfast was excellent, with different options each day. Something for everyone, not just the standard pastries. They even had an iced coffee and flavored water station for throughout the day with all of the yummy flavorings! They had stapled bags on the counter. I asked the staff what these were and they said that it was snacks and drinks for those that were on the go and didn't have time to visit the breakfast station. I couldn't believe it! I had never heard of a hotel offering this type of amenity! The rooms were also very clean with plenty of towels already in the room (without having to ask). I will definately plan on staying here again when I am in town!!!!
