The overall experience was very pleasant. The room was clean, welcoming staff, great food / dining experience!!! The location was also great for the meeting I went for. I would definitely recommend “The Envoy” for either vacation or business trips.

I don’t know where to start. The honest truth is that this place deserves 1/2 star because their elevator worked perfectly throughout my stay. They changed my room 3 times for one common issue which is cleanliness. The beddings had visible stains with hairs. The overall state of the cleaning is poor. Wi-Fi is weak. Breakfast options are limited. Phone in the room doesn’t work. TV doesn’t work. The pool isn’t available in one of the hottest month of the year. The mattress and pillow are very hard. In the end, what are you paying for ?
