This was honestly the worst experience at any place I’ve stayed at in Ghana. I booked this room because it had amenities that I needed like a washer. I tried to wash clothes and the washer was broken and it leaked all over the floor. There was only one outlet in the entire unit that I could use, the couch was broken, there was no drying rack like other units had to dry clothes, the handle for the showerhead was broken so in order to bathe, you had to hold it. They weren’t willing to give me any type of refund or a compensation, and when I asked to be changed to another room, they claimed they didn’t have another room to put me in when I had mentioned that I was considering extending my stay because of my flight schedule, they said they will put me in another room the next day, but then also expected me to pay the full price if you’re ever booking at these apartments do not book with this agency in particular. There are other bookings for the same exact apartments, but with different agencies that will treat you better.
