TrÚs belle propriété au panorama incroyable

Nous avons adoré le site au bout de routes escarpées et la maison trÚs vaste. Seul bémol : manque d'éclairage (ampoules peu puissantes ) et un aspirateur pour le ménage ne serait pas superflu. La piscine chauffée est un vrai must ! Beau lieu de vacances en famille.

Great Location, run down facilities and terrible communication

One had to chace the agency (fewo-direkt is only a broker charging 15% for use of their website; with lousy chatbots and badly programmed KI there is no help at all to be expected when needed; wondering if real people are working there - no chance to get a phone number!) for payments (!!) - if there would not have been a second contact number of them (ELRONDAGUAL - certainly never again) which we coincidentally found (the lady LLESINA was exceotionally helpful and considerate even though not being in charge - she just took care, so five stars for her as a person) we would have been lost with the provided phone number and the person in charge: Queen CAMILA from Elron Villas, never reachable by phone, never, arrogant and negligent. Less customer service hardly experienced, commencing with an incredibly complicated (since very old, like the facilities) web check-in system which cost us 3 days to manage. Otherwise she refused to provide the simple code for the key box.Facilities: run down, skimming phase. Paint coming off the walls, electrical installations partly dangerous. Not a single smoke detector working. Despite advertising "air con" one would have to pay 50 per day extra would you want to use it (fraud!). Same accounts for a heater (according to Queen CAMILA) - so we had to buy one ourselves. All in all: great location and view, lousy service and run-down facilities. If you want to have true and nerve-saving holidays stay away from Elron Villas.Pics not uploadable!

Finca mit grandioser Aussicht

Die Finca hat einen wunderschönen Aussenbereich mit tollem Pool. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön! Ein Auto ist hier auf jeden Fall nötig aber man ist in 10 Minuten den Berg runter gefahren und es ist alles sehr zentral erreichbar. Der Innenbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es könnten mal ein paar Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden. Die Hellhörigkeit ist jedoch extrem. Wir waren zu viert (2 Paare) und man muss sich schon sehr gut kennen bei dieser GerĂ€uschĂŒbertragung 😉 besser fĂŒr Familien geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlungsagentur ist von Mo – Fr. super, am Wochenende braucht man etwas Geduld aber sehr nett und auch kulant. Wir haben unseren Urlaub an diesem schönen Platz sehr genossen.

Good villa, nice weather! Only the Toyota was not avalaiable, also the dishwasher was not fully functional. But the view was amazing!

A quiet week

I had a very quiet and relaxing week in this huge and calm property. The self check-in process is very convenient. I spent long moments on the large terrace with its incredible view of the ocean and the island of La Gomera. It was a windy week, but there is always a spot on the property to be sheltered from the wind. I will certainly consider this property again for next time I go to Tenerife.

Not worth the money

Being 10 minutes up the mountain it was really cold, in january , windy and dull. I always go to tenerife in january as i like temp between 20-25 however when your up the mountain the weather is somewhat different. The way the sun comes up over the mountain and where the garage is situted means that the pool area of garden doesnt get sun untill around 1pm which is a pain. we also had to pay to heat the pool for a week and it was only luke warm even with heater and cover pulled over every time we weren’t using it. When your head was out the water it was freezing. The next problem for us was the hot water in the house .there were 7 in our party 3 adults and four children. In the morning we would shower the children really quick and still by the time the 5-6-7 person gets to shower it was freezing cold this was a real problem for me as i like two showers a day back home nevermind in 20 degree heat. When i called the agent they came out and said they had never had this problem even with 14 people staying at the house last time but this is impossible or they must not have used showers also i think he was exadurating as theres no way 14 people could stay at the house unless they slept on floors . The house cleanliness was not very good either there was dust everywhere inside the house all around the edges of the rooms bathrooms and edges of the beds. But the house is so big it would probably cost alot to thoroughly clean the place. The shower in the onsuit down stairs was unusable as it floods the bathroom. Also the drainage in this bathroom smells really bad . There is bins in the bathrooms for used tissue paper which we all found very disgusting and smelly. Even with changing the bins every day and having to put them smelly bin bags in the car as the bin is approx 100 yards down the mountain. The next major problem we experienced was the road works. We arrived early hrs friday morning so friday through sunday was fine but come monday we left the house to go to the beach to find the sun and we were greeted by work man half way down the hill to be told the road was close 9am-5-6pm so i found another route on my maps on the iphone this took us best part of 45minutes zig zagging up the mountain on the worst roads ive ever driven on to get back down to the bottom of the hill which takes nomore that 5 minutes the normal route. I asked the agent if there was a quicker way around they said no.

A delightful villa in a beautiful and secluded location overlooking the coast.

This wonderfully spacious and comfortable villa, set in a secluded location looking down on the coast, was everything we had hoped for and more. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the car was a great added bonus. Thoroughly recommended for a perfect holiday.

Fantastic!!!

Amazing villa with amazing views and great location! We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well equipped villa. Villa is situated at great location, close to motorway and not far drive to the beach. Villa itself very spacious, we stayed 6 adults and 4 children. Everything was perfect only one thing that if you sleeping downstairs you can hear everything what’s happening upstairs. Other then that definitely recommend!

A party of nine of us enjoyed this Villa immensely ,Every think was clean and tidy .customer service was excellent absolutely no problems .Car is in excellent touch and needed for this Villa overall we had a wonderful holiday beautiful location would come back again.

Outside great. Inside needs upgrade and proper sewerage disposal.

There was no welcome pack. Half a toilet roll in each bedroom. Lighting was old and dark. Dishwasher didn't work properly. Not enough cutlery or utensils. Had to put bottom wipes in bin which we found very off-putting and smelly. It was cold at first and there was no heating or air conditioning available as remotes were missing. Main bedroom shower unusable as it flooded bedroom. Beds too small. On the plus side the views and outside areas were fantastic. Pool area and pool great.

Very pleasant stay!

We had a relaxing stay in a great house for a family vacation (5 people). For a different use (vacation with friends) the house is perhaps a bit too clairaudient. The house was quiet and well equipped. Arrival and takeover of the rental car worked without any problems. The outdoor area with pool left nothing to be desired. Larraitz (employee of the owner) has informed us about everything and was always available during our stay for questions and requests. Thanks a lot for this!
