Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 135cm wide. Outside, there are 2 steps leading to the seating area and 2 steps to the BBQ area. The rest of the terrace is flat and tiled. This is a ground-floor property. Inside, there are 2 steps from the kitchen to the lounge area. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide.
