Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email from months back!
To their credit, their friendly crew came early on day 2 to setup an air mattress and the property was otherwise respectable enough.

Don’t do it to yourself
Broken beds and furniture. One key for 3 people. The 3rd bed was an inflatable that deflated multiple times through the night that it was demanded I pay extra for despite the listing & booking stating 2br, 3 queen beds.

Has to go through a long and arduous pre check in process which was totally in expected. It was especially stressful when this happened during a road trip with limited wifi access. The crockery was quite greasy and some of the linen was stained.
