Staff were excellent. We booked a traditional 2 bedroom accommodation and received 1 bedroom with a single bed in the dining room/kitchen. The locked internal door between our the neighbouring accommodation offered no noise barrier to our their conversations and television. The weather was 6 degrees and the airconditioner took a long time to work. The accommodation needs refurbishment, very outdated furnishings. Would not recommend. We did not stay and was only charged one night.

The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic. The room looked great ( king spa chalet room 229). The accommodation was extremely disappointing, the pungent aroma of mould from wet skirting boards was overwhelming. We spoke to the staff and were moved to a different room which was no where near what we had booked, double bed and small tv. We were told that this room (229)had only just been listed again after being closed due to the damage and obviously hadn’t been checked between. For the price we paid even more disappointing. The room we were put in has cobwebs throughout and moldy shower curtains and dripping taps. There wasn’t any dishwashing liquid which spoke with staff about, they got housekeeping to attend to this. Housekeeping didn’t know what a dishcloth was, after explaining what was needed further they asked to refill the container (there wasn’t one). The staff did offer some drinks to apologize. The two star rating is purely due to the amazing staff who shouldn’t be having to deal with so many complaints due to the poor and dangerous condition of the room, these staff are also being exposed to the mould any time they enter the room, airing it out will not fix it.

Dont know where to start but here goes. We were greated in the pokies room for check in. Signed the check in form then told no smoking or throwing the tv out the window. Proceeded to our room over the charming bridge above the cesspool of a creek. Entered our room to lovely stains on the carpet, cracked gyprock, lipstick stained bath. No remote for tv, aircon did its own thing. After dinner laid down in the comfortable bed and just about to doze of when the drunken couple next door stumbled past our door as loud as possible. I laid there trying to sleep over the extremely loud woman. Finally started to doze of to the sounds of heaving moaning from said lady next door. Barely asleep 2 minutes and i woken by old mate starting to moan like he was passing a kidney stone out of his old fella. Lucky old mate only lasted a few minutes i was then able to doze off again. Fast forward to 530 am to be woken by loud talking again from next door, luckily they left not long after. $260 and felt like i was the one who got fu#ked.

Do not stay in the upstairs rooms. Moldy and dilapidated. Stains on the bed and furniture falling apart. We left immediately and drop home. This is not an exaggeration.

To few Staff and seemed rushed. i.e. Tried to get a tap beer 3 different times only to be told they were cleaning lines. First staff member gave me 2 half glasses?? Last time waited about 15 minutes then had to remined staff member Poor service. Hope i just got a bad day!!!

Rooms were clean, tidy & spacious. The best feature was the huge 80” TV. Unfortunately universal remote buttons only programmed to change channels & no volume. Other downsides were; wall had 1m crack behind the headboard. Bathroom was old & dated with a spa. The whole cornice around the room was cracked & flaking with a 2-5mm gap all the way around the room. Front door handle was a bit loose.

The property was pretty dated. A bit tired & rough around the edges. But it was clean, the bed was comfy, the room was warm (when it was very cold outside) & the shower was great - one of the best ever in a hotel.
