As academics, we have stayed in accommodations around the world. This experience was the worst.First, the arrival email was incomplete & incorrect. The entry procedures were incorrect.Thus, we were forced to use Canadian roaming at exorbitant rates (cost was about 120) & were not able to phone the host. A local kindly offered use of their mobile. However, the conversation with the host was unhelpful. Repeated requests were needed to access the wifi required for work.Second, the host failed to provide a second key throughout the entirety of the week's stay despite repeated requests. This required significant coordination of two different work schedules that should have been unnecessary.Third, the provided parking card was expired (confirmed by 3rd provider). Despite multiple requests (via the app & email) this remained unresolved. This forced us to leave the accommodation a day early as our vehicle rental could not be delayed. The provider was made aware that this would be necessary, yet still failed to respond.Throughout the week, we communicated these deficiencies multiple times through both email & app. All week, there was no response. To add insult to injury, after all of these failures, which could have easily been resolved (1 key & functioning parking card) we received 2 boilerplate emails inviting us to extend our stay, communicate any problems, & request for a stellar review.We would not recommend that anyone seek accommodations managed by Kings Coin.
