Sleeplessness night experienced due to an unknown noise coming from the wall or ceiling. Upon arrival in the room, the television was on with an audio stream playing. Didn't really notice any noise at this time possibly due to the television being on, was it conveniently put on? Went out for the night and returned later after Reception desk had closed. Immediately upon entering the room the noise was evident. In an effort to eliminate the noise we turned off the air conditioner and also checked the fridge. Still the noise was persistent. As it was late and nobody available to report the issue to, we went to bed. The noise would get lower but always returned. No sleep was had. In the morning upon checking out we reported the noise and our severe lack of sleep to the reception staff member who really didn't seem interested and simply said we'll look into it. No sorry or offer of anything for our lack of sleep. After two days no response from the hotel about the issue. We have stayed at the hotel many times and never had an issue, very disappointed.

Nice clean room in a great location. Understaffed so there was always a wait at reception while i was there. I enjoyed my stay, however I have yet to receive my $100 deposit refund from three weeks ago. Messaged the hotel last week and did not receive a response. For that reason, I can only give 2 stars
