My husband and i went for our honeymoon and the experience we had at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The housekeeping decorated our room every day also. The staff there are incredible. Always smiling and very helpful. We also had a spa there and it was really good! Definitely recommend getting a massage while you are there. Also the hotel is walking distance to many places like the beach, morjane (big supermarket) and Agadir bay which has many restaurants and coffee shops. The area is so beautiful and quite and also there are always taxis outside if you need one. We will most definitely be visiting again!

I recommend this hotel, they have lovely staff, Yaseen is a really gentleman, Omar and Mohammed from reception very nice and helpful guys, Kawthar fixed my reservation without any charge. The food in their restaurant is one of the best in Agadir, the kitchen staff are top. The spa is wonderful, reasonable prices, and the ladies are doing a great job, Raja is the best! I will definitely come back to them!

The Timoulay hotel is a 4**** star hotel giving a 5***** star service. But for the lavish decor, opulent furnishings, visually amazing cuisine, you would get with an expensive 5*, here is a hotel that is giving a good service, at reasonable rates when I go to Morroco it will be simply to stay by a lavish clean fun pool and enjoy the service this hotel has to offer, and vegetate for a week. i would recommend the hotel have one sping dryer for guest use as drying costumes and such like takes a day or two in the rooms, and therefore there is no other option than to hang the clothing over the railings, we thank all the staff for your service, Morroco on the other hand is like Bovril, This constant intense goal of screwing you over money gets tedious

Nice hotel, great staff

Stayed at the hotel for three nights with my wife and baby son. Arrived on Saturday evening, had to wait for approximately ten minutes before seen to as the staff was preoccupied with another guest checking in. There are separate desks for both concierge and the reception, didn’t see the point of having this when the receptionist was working from the concierge desk! When booking online, I was only able to choose twin rooms. However, I did write on the special request section that I would like to have a double room. I’m glad to say this was processed. The room we had was very nice, with a balcony which had a decent view of the pool (I think all rooms have pool facing facilities). The breakfast was decent with various options like cereals, fruit juices, tea/coffee etc. On the last day of our stay, we discovered that if you go outside the breakfast room towards the pool, the staff was serving pancakes! This should have been highlighted to diners as there wasn’t any signs to indicate this! The swimming pool was the lovely, and pool attendant was attentive and friendly. As well, the area was kept very clean and managed to enjoy the winter sun. For whatever reason, the hotel seem to be apprehensive about giving toilet paper. We found that there was a lack of toilet paper that was given after chambermaid serviced our room. On One occasion, I had to called reception to state that we needed toilet paper as we ran out, the receptionist was kind enough to give us one roll

Lovely hotel

Stayed here with a group of friends and we all agreeed how excellent the hotel was,especially for the price. Lovely big rooms,extra comfy bed,amazing breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Quiet hotel. Good facilties.

We wanted a quiet hotel away from the centre and that's what we got. Nice pool and gym facilities. Beach about a 5 minute walk. Town centre a good 20/25 minute walk. Nearest Restaurants around 10 minutes away. Taxis very very cheap if preferred.

Clean hotel & friendly staff 15th August 2017

Got to hotel 8am ish, check in time was 12pm. Reception let me check in early without extra charge🖒.The hotel is kept clean. Breakfast was nice. Loved the moroccan pancakes. Pool guy Oemarl helped teach my 5 year son to swim, which was amazing. Pool is cleaned every morning. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is a 5 min walk to the beach. No shops near the hotel. Have to get taxi to go to nearest shop. Not the biggest hotel in Agadir but well maintained. Overall I enjoyed my stay ☺

Nice small clean hotel.

Clean hotel and a short. walking distance to the beach. its a cab ride to the marina which will only cost u a pound or so but make sure u ask for them to put the meter on. If not travelling with you g children I say u can walk it there and back will take about half an hour but when the weather is nice it'll be a nice walk. Only thing I would say is do not use the person the hotel recommend to book excursions. me and my family booked hammam and a massage they took us to a dirty place with looked like a brothel. They used the same mit on all of us. We couldn't wait to get out of there.
