Villa Anja welcomes you in Agde, offering 170 m² of space for up to 10 guests. You’ll find 4 comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A separate, air-conditioned studio provides a 5th bedroom and another shower room with WC. All windows have electric shutters. Beds feature high-quality box spring mattresses.
The fully equipped kitchen and reversible air conditioning in the living area and winter garden (yoga) ensure comfort year-round. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV (German and French channels) with streaming, Blu-ray player, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, and baby equipment.

Self check-in from 4 pm. Check-out by 10 am. Final cleaning is mandatory and available for an extra fee. No smoking indoors, parties, or events. Quiet hours 10 pm–7 am. Report any damages. Follow local waste separation and house rules.
