It is built on a hill slope and has a view of the olive tree fields and the citrus groves to the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and the surrounding area of Elounda and Sitia. It also has views of the lacy beaches of Mirambello Bay where the blue color of the sea meets the blue of the sky.

The interior of the villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen with inox electrical appliances, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a smart TV with a keyboard, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room with the kitchen is located on the ground floor with access to the front and side patio of the swimming pool. This level has also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a sharing bathroom with a shower. An extra studio is located on the lower level with independent access from a staircase. The studio has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

All the plants as well as the fruits of the generous Cretan land thrive here and the place feels like heaven on earth. The residence which covers 126.53 m2 of the property has been recently finished (2019) and it has been constructed with natural materials of the area such as stone and wood with a total respect to the natural environment.
