Step into the villa`s open-plan living area, where you`ll find a cozy and inviting lounge with comfortable seating, a built-in fireplace, and a 43-inch smart HDTV with satellite channels for your entertainment. The living room seamlessly connects to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. With amenities including a Nespresso espresso machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and blender, cooking becomes a pleasure.

Serenity Villa features two elegant double bedrooms, each with king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, and access to a communal balcony where you can enjoy the view. Both rooms come with air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance, a fridge and a small desk. The bathrooms are well-appointed with modern amenities such as hairdryers, toiletries, and towels. For added convenience, there is an extra WC near the living room with a washing machine.

Important notice:
Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €50 per day, not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.


Linen change and cleaning service 1 per week, towels change every 3-4 days.

Not suitable for people with limited mobility (a lot of stairs) and kids at the ages 2-12 year old (stairs and some rails without protection).

A car is recommended for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property.

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linnen change is done every 3/4 days, cleaning once a week.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children . When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. 7. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

8. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.
