Open plan holiday home for all the family. Tucked in a quiet court setting and still an easy walk to Agnes Water patrolled surf beach, supermarkets, speciality shops and cafes. The whole family will fit comfortably including the family dog with a fully fenced yard.
Room for boat parking and only a few Km's to the Mariner to visit the Southern Great Barrier Reef.

The Space:
4 Bedroom Home, all bedrooms are air conditioned and linen supplied, just bring your beach towels.
Queen bed in master with ensuite, Double bed and four single beds.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking and a large family sized BBQ on the back balcony, please no pets inside on furniture or bedding.
Single lock up garage to utilise and plenty of room for boats and cars.

Guest Access:
The entire property is for your private usage. Lock up garage, large fenced backyard, high-set home.

The Neighborhood:
You are in a residential street, please keep noise level down and be respectful to your neighbours.

Other Things to Note:
For walking the dog, please keep dog on a leash when exploring our town. We have a leash free beach from the surf club avenue beach access. Please note we do not have WiFi at this location. There is free WiFi at local library, tavern and some cafes.
