Room was good - clean, quiet- good shower pressure Bkfast was good - similar to other 5 star hotels in India. The restaurant staff was exceptional. Overall our stay was good except for a glitch at the end but a major one - our bags had left the hotel with a tour bus & had reached Jaipur!! Sorting it out delayed us by 2-3 hrs but the staff helped to coordinate & the bags were delivered to us in Lucknow late night(which was our next destination) We did not create a scene & appreciated that the issue was resolved by the staff. Would stay here again.

If you plan on having breakfast and or dinner at their superb restaurant book it with the room. Otherwise paying 5x the amount for dining will leave dinners remorse. We liked the hotel it was really good. It’s not in the thick of things where you can quickly pivot and choose other fine dining options around suppose that’s why the dinner buffet was 2999 rupees per person
