Great house with plenty of space for all

Family of 10 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor area was wonderful. Rooms were clean and everyone had their own minifridge.

Awesome location, large house

Check in process was sent to us the day of, getting into the house was easy. Decent beach in the back yard. The outdoor shower was a big win for our group. A/C unit did okay, only had one that was leaking at nighttime but still did the job. Recommend staying here with your large group! Parking was more than enough for 6 large vehicles.

Friends and family spring break

Overall the house was a great place to spend a week. The location was great. It had a great beach out front that is almost all sand where the kids and adults had a great time boogie boarding in the large waves at the beginning of our stay. The last few days were calmer where we were able to snorkel in the reef to the west where we saw lots of different fish. There is no ac in the common area which wasn't a huge deal for me since most of the time there was a nice breeze the kitchen could've been a little bigger but overall the house and location was great. The pool was also a nice space to hang out for those that didn't want to go in the ocean and was cleaned mid week.

Best beach we could find

We loved this house but the beach made it so perfect!!! We tried a few other beaches and after a few minutes the kids all wanted to come back to our beach. It had the best big but gentle waves perfect for boogie boarding, and just splashing in the waves. Its a gorgeous sandy beach and not very busy. Its so great to be to just run back to the house to grab a drink or rinse off. Sunsets were amazing! We thought we would be hot all day but the gentle breeze off he ocean made sitting in the shade around the house perfect every day. The kitchen was big, with the essentials. We loved eating out back and had a few meals with the private chef (Sergio) recommended by the host and they were AMAZING! He was so friendly. There are plenty of beds and so much seating as well as a few comfy little nooks around the house to hang out. The pool was perfect but it got used less than expected with how great the ocean was even at night. We all loved the game room! 2 washers and driers was really nice too! The house was clean and well maintained. You can tell the salt water and humidity is hard on things but overall it was clean, pest free and comfy. Overall the home was even better than the photos portrayed!

Not Wheelchair accessible

We booked this place because it was suppose to be wheelchair accessible. Unless you want a week full of lifting a 54 year old in a wheelchair up flights of stairs do not book. The bottom level the entry door is wide enough to get a wheelchair in. Then plan on using the kitchen and living room area for a bathroom. The bathroom in the bottom floor is not wide enough to fit a chair. If it was the only way to make it into the bathroom is to remove the sink and then the toilet. The host had his handy man come by the house to see what could be done and the only solution he came up with was to do just that. Remove the sink and toilet. This floor has two bedrooms so I guess everyone else was suppose to go upstairs into someone else’s room to use the bathroom or shower. We had no choice but to make this work. We ended up lifting a paralyzed 230lb man into the front door with several steps. Then into the living room area which was many more steps to get to the kitchen area. Then go up two more sections of steps to get to the 4 private bedrooms. That is where we had to go each time he needed to shower or use the rest room for anything other than a number 1. Then it was back down the steps. When we arrived it was apparent that there was a huge outdoor party rental. Three large tents were still up with garbage overflowing outside. So day two was watching the tent rental company break down the tents and load them. Pretty place, not wheelchair accessible. Host is responsive.

Amazing beach house!

We stayed here for spring break with our family of 5 and another family of 4. There was plenty of room to spread out and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and the host found us a chef to come cook us a few meals during our stay. He was wonderful! The house is steps from the beach- it’s very walkable and had tide pools and lots of sea glass. The sunsets each night were incredible, our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. Our only complaint was that there wasn’t air conditioning in the kitchen, only in the bedrooms. So it got a little warm in the kitchen in the evenings. But we spent most of our time outside, so it wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Surpassed My Expectations

I booked this house well over a year ago. I wanted to treat my whole family with an unforgettable trip before my oldest grandson graduated high school. This week in puerto rico was indeed a vacation to remember! I have 2 children and their spouses and a daughter with her children. We also had a co-grandmother with us. All together, there were 17 of us for the week. The 8 older kids were able to stay in the lower set of rooms with their own kitchen. They loved having their own space! All of the adults and the youngest grandchild were in the main house. We had plenty of space to ourselves and an amazing space to be together as well. The pool area was a highlight each morning and evening, with a chance to explore so many different nearby beaches during the day. Taking walks on the beach looking for shells and seaglass was easy from the private steps. It was amazing to see the remnants of World war II turrets on the beach right near the house! We asked Calvin to recommend a chef while we were there and he recommended and amazing chef named Sergio. Having authentic local food made for us was an incredible experience! This was a dream of a lifetime and all of us wish we could stay longer! Thank you Calvin. The sunsets were beautiful. I will definitely recommend this house. Again and again!

40th Birthday Celebration

The house is amazing, so much space for everyone, there were 12 of us and everyone had plenty of space. The rooms are great size and each with their own bathroom which was really nice. The views of the ocean and the horizon were perfect, in the morning you could sit outside enjoying a cup of coffee and listen to the waves and in the evening you could have a drink watching the sunset. Calvin was great at responding, we noticed a couple things when we got there and he had the someone come out right away. It was an amazing vacation and many memories were made.

Love the off the beaten path location, the beach so close and the pool. Also, that 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Our friends love the spacious common areas!! Christmas at the beach

Wonderful 9 day stay at this property. We stayed here with 8 adults and 6 children of various ages over Christmas. Beautiful large property with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Kids loved the pool and pool table and the location was perfect for beach walks and exploration of the western side of the island. Windy weather and heavy swells at this time of year limited our ability to swim out front for most of the stay but that was a seasonal issue that would not always be the case. Host was extremely fast to respond when we had questions or a few minor maintenance issues. The house has a generac whole house backup power system which worked well when we had a localized power outage in the town for several hours during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we had a large group. Nice touches for the holiday season included a Christmas tree and holiday lights. Gracias Calvin for a wonderful stay in your beautiful property.

La casa espectacular. Muy buena experiencia. La pasamos de show en familia. SĂșper grata sorpresa el deck de madera que da a la playa. Literalmente la playa estĂĄ en el patio de la casa. SĂșper! No tenemos quejas, solo comentarios y sugerencias: Te dejo saber que la ducha del cuarto 1 estĂĄ goteando. El control del televisor de la sala nunca apareciĂł. El agua caliente se terminĂł ya para el domingo en la noche. El baño del apartamento de abajo la ducha es incĂłmoda. En el sentido de que la ducha cae en el pecho de la persona y no viene el agua desde arriba como es de costumbre. Pero el convenio es que nos gustarĂ­a quedarnos nuevamente allĂ­. Tengo que decirte que los baños estaban limpios, que Ă©xito!!!! Lo primero que hago cuando me voy a quedar en algĂșn sitio es verificar eso. Que desagradable y repugnante encontrar un baño sucio. AllĂ­ eso no pasĂł. Te felicito. Eso es algo tan importante!!! Eso que no cambie. En general te tengo que decir que tienes A como anfitriĂłn. Gracias por contestar siempre y tan rĂĄpido. 97th Papas birthday family reunion

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and beach were enjoyed. Perfect spot for a sunset. Cavin, the owner responded to our needs personally and immediately. Beautiful House/Location

This property is just beautiful. From the minute you walk in to the front of the house so the minute you exit the back of the house to where you see the whole backyard of the pool and the grill having access right to the beach. Upstairs, all of the rooms had to own AC units and mini refrigerators and their own bathrooms, which was definitely a plus I love that also had its own little living room area. Downstairs is literally your own apartment which I did not expect, but I am so happy because that accommodated my daughter and her son who is a toddler with her partner and the other bedroom, accommodated the rest of the early 30 years old. Lol. The pool was absolutely amazing to have on the property and the fact that it provided life vests for the little one which was amazing. The washer and dryer came in such a great handy. Communication with Calvin was impeccable. Respond promptly when we needed him. We had a total of 19 people including a toddler, and we still had so much room left. Definitely recommending this home to friends and family and I’m pretty sure my daughter will be trying to book this house for her birthday celebration next year
