The staff was not friendly nor cordial starting with the property manager, reported water leak in our bathroom and it was not fixed or even attended the problem. Breakfast had spoiled fruits with unwashed trays every single day (6 days in a row).

Local bom para descansar, as vezes uns incômodos de barulhos, mas passageiro, café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo e agradável, excelente e sempre que vou no DF me hospedo lá pelas facilidades e os acessos. Na frente do hotel, tem uma padaria 24 horas com várias opções.

Toda a equipe de atendimento está de parabéns! O que entendo que precisa melhorar é a forma que utilizam a roupa de cama; havia apenas um lençol fino que cobria o colchão e não pretendia a ele, fazendo com que ele ficasse expondo o colchão em qualquer movimento. Isso deixa desconfortável em relação à higiene e conforto. Além disso, para se cobrir havia apenas um cobertor, sem ter outro lençol de alternativa. No banheiro, a ducha higiênica fez falta. Esses detalhes acredito que precisam conter na opção de quarto superior.
