Around 1130pm the power in the bedroom went out. They gave me an extention cable that did not match with a normal plug. In the am i reported it again to a manager who then told me that they offered me a new room, which is untrue and i believe she knew that wasn't true. She then became angry and aggressive asking me wear she wanted her to do. She told me to contact expedia so here I am. It's unacceptable, i couldn't charge my phone, watch TV, or even turn the light on. Pitiful hotel and worse service.

I have to say that compared to other hotels in this area this hotel was reasonable. However I was disappointed that when I went to shower the soap dispenser and shampoo dispenser was completely empty. I was pissed since I had undressed and was in the bathtub. So I put my clothes back on and went to the front desk and they gave me the little bar soap.
