Located in a rare and privileged setting, this charming Provençal country house , whose origins date back to the 19th century, is nestled in a verdant setting at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, along the famous Bibémus path.
Less than 5 minutes from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, this house offers an ideal balance between the tranquility of the countryside and the immediate proximity of the city. Fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay in any season, with air conditioning, heating, and a fireplace for cozy evenings.
The living area flows onto a south-facing terrace, ideal for sunny breakfasts or long summer evenings. A second shaded terrace, surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, offers a cooler, more intimate space for reading, relaxing, or aperitifs.
Inside, the home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200), comfortable bedding, and a calm, elegant atmosphere. With a maximum capacity of six guests, the layout is ideal for shared stays while still preserving privacy and comfort for everyone.
The property features two bathrooms designed for both comfort and practicality, one of which has a bathtub. The house also has a washing machine and dryer, as well as essential equipment such as a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board
