For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (shared, unheated) open from 15 May to 15 September, secure with changing room and WC.
The studio is ideally located in Aix-les-Bains, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (located 500 m away, on Boulevard de la Roche du Roi).
