Chère Madame , nous vous remercions d'avoir séjourné dans notre établissement . Nous sommes désolés pour ce dysfonctionnement , nous ne comprenons pas ce qui a pu se passer . Nous vous informons que le petit-déjeuner ouvre à 6h30 , donc le personnel de cafétéria arrive à ce moment là et pas avant . Par contre nous servons le petit-déjeuner plus tôt suivant la demande de notre clientèle et normalement le buffet est déjà achalandé . Nous sommes désolés que le night audit n'ait pas assumé cette tâche correctement , nous vous prions de nous en excuser. Cordialement
