Absolutely disgusting. I had to scrub the bathroom before we could use it. (Which means I had to spend more money on top of what we spent for the room itself overnight. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies just for that reason) The toilet and shower specifically were atrocious 😩 bed was uncomfortable as hell, and I did see a roach crawling on the desk table. Just one bug that one time but still, it’s the principle. right? Either way l wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Not at all for the price. Good luck.

When i checked in the "clean room" was filthy, obly the surfaces had been wiped poorly as they were sticky. During heavy rainfall the 1st floor leaks into the rooms when i brought it to their attention i was told maintenance would look at it and id get housekeeping, that never happend.

No movie channels. Fridge very loud. Walls marked up. No luggage rack. Coffee maker still had used pod from previous guest. Ceiling has massive water damage. Door is bent in and security latch is missing. Some of the ights didn't work. Hardwood floor and *carpeted* sidewalks outside are dirty. No hand towels in room. Check in took over 15 minutes. No breakfast offered. Somebody was smoking weed outside my door.

There were cochroaches in the room….. the room disgustingly dirty… We left in the middle of the night because of how dirty it was in the cockroaches

Do not stay at property owned by OYO a foreign co.

No clear entrance location to the building. I messaged hotel when I would arrive. Late Ck in. I arrived & had to wait 15 min. as desk clerk seemed to be trying to help a young lady. Eventually she sat down in the lobby. He told me my reservation had been canceled & I should have been notified but… he had one room. 315. Ok. Thankfully. He made many attempts to get the plastic key card to work. Must’ve taken 1/2 hour to check in maybe longer. He kept checking things. Very nervous fella. Nice enough. Kept appoligizing. He made 2 keys. Only 1 worked. The door I had to push on to open. The toilet bowl was gross…dirty, Marks on baseboard & walls. Black out curtain attachment was broken. Rusty drain in tub. Old & ugly faucet. Towels & bath mat had black marks & mismatched colors. White, orange & tan. The bed cover had a rip in it. Bed was comfortable & one pillow was not too hard. The ice machine was broken. Had to go to lobby to get ice.

The room is as filthy. I decided to not use the phone with all the grime and hair on it. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since the elevators are accessed before you go into the hotel, I found a homeless guy sleeping in the hall. The staff was very friendly

They need to do a deep clean throw everything away thats stained smh. Where is the towels. They need to do better this was horrible not to mention the receptionist shes like a nice nasty person but i hope it finds happiness n peace within itself!
