It was a clean hotel room without any frills. The pool was also very clean. It is a little on the run down side (ripped curtains, loose tile in the bathroom) but very functional as a place to sleep and go hiking at the national park.

Horrible stay. Kids have nightmares of bugs on bed

Most horrible experience, worst than 3 world hotel stay. Mold and beg bugs everywhere, not cleaned despite asking for cleaning. No service people, front reception doing all work by themselves. Stayed and slept in car. Next day moved to another hotel. Rude staff didn’t even returned money. The dark comforters and dark carpet is hiding all bedbugs. Good trick. Will never book through hotels.com and will never stay at country inn and suites by radisson. Will lodge formal complaint at BBB and radisson hotels

The condition of this hotel does not match its price. Additionally, it popped up a suspicious unknow Email when I signed and confirmed my booking when I arrived the front desk.

Absolutely horrible conditions and stay!

I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. We checked in and went to our room, toilet was beyond clogged, waited almost 1 hour to have it maintenances., then told another 1/2 hour plus to have bathroom cleaned again. ON ONE COULD give me a straight answer on how house keeping could clean room but not bathroom. Carpet stained toilet clogged Then never cleaned afterwards Tiles in bathroom loose and broken Sugar ants on night stand Front door to room doesn’t close on it’s own Ice machine on floor broken Entry way furniture old and dingy only other male bathroom in hotel locked was out of order Ceiling in bedroom is gross Bed skirt is filthy Door to room and bathe door are colored all over with crayon No towels in pool area No fans in bathrooms OVERALL… I would not recommend this for $152 a night. My sone couldn’t and DIDNT use the bathroom at all because of the condor the hotel. I WILL BE CONTACTING HEADQUARTERS TOMORROW!!! .

We checked in and went to our room to get ready for a concert. The toilet would not stop running, there was nasty stuf in the sink from people prior to us. Like toothpaste spit that was never cleaned. Something sticky on the carpet in several spots. Four ceramic tiles in bathroom that need replaced cause they are cracked kept moving when you walk in them. Wasn’t very clean. It’s good for a quick sleep if you like extra hard beds. They were very short on staff and it was obvious .

Avoid if you can

Overall the hotel wasn't the worst I've ever stayed in, but I definitely won't be back. My tub was cracked and plastered over, the carpets feel disgusting under your feet, the walls were cracked/dented/chipped. Furniture was heavily stained. There was a random sock left in my bathroom too. However, no bugs that I discovered (and I'm very thorough when I look).

We had to move rooms because the first room we were given had a bad musty smell. The second room was just not clean and the room had some visible water damage. The property was not kept up well and breakfast was not good at all. The only good part was the location near Cuyahoga National Park.

This place needs a deep cleaning in every part of the hotel!! Carpets are disgusting--Drapes have stains--rooms smell musty--pillows are flat as a pancake!!!
