I was greeted in a most pleasant manner. I truly appreciated the efficiency and professionalism extended by Rebel when I checked in. I was further impressed by the assistance and direction received by Lauren in getting necessary documents executed for business reasons and during the check out process. Both employees exceeded my expectations. The hotel property itself is impressive. I’ve already planned another stay there in the next few weeks. When traveling to Fairlawn Ohio, this hotel will definitely be my home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality. You’ve distanced yourself from the rest.

The Comfort Zone

I stayed at a hotel down the road from Fairfield Inn. It was deplorable! We spent $50 on cleaning supplies and literally cleaned the entire hotel room! That night, I heard a physical confrontation outside my hotel room door. I decided that I must leave that hotel. I lost 50% of the hotel fee. I booked my second night at Fairfield Inn. It was the polar opposite of the Hotel in Hell that I was originally staying at. I slept nearly 10 hours in the extremely comfortable bed! I loved the cucumber and lemon infused water at the welcome desk! So refreshing! I will return to you during the holiday season! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Handicapped parking close to front entrance, roll-in walk-in shower so appreciated, breakfast was hot and plentiful well organized and presented. Staff was wonderful! Really enjoyed the hot tub! Stores and restaurants close by, wonderful location. This visit was to seek medical treatment nearby on Embassy Parkway so having.amenities to make my stay perfect was very much appreciated!

It was a perfect hotel to stay overnight for a concert at Blossom. Pretty close and there are a few really good dining options nearby. My favorite aspects of the stay were: the pool and hot tub, the bed was soooo comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.
