I truely thought I was paying for the HILTON name. Room was clean, the rug was stained all over the place. Only 2 USB ports for charging electronics. Pillows were beyond flat. Pool was COLD, I MEAN COLD! The hot tub was COLD, the jets didnt even work! Stayed at cheaper hotels nicer then this, extremely disappointed

The room could have been cleaned better. There was mildew in the bathroom and the corners of the room looked like they haven't been touched in awhile. Very easy walk to the Goodyear Theater. I would stay again if going to the Goodyear.

Clean room. Staff was friendly welcoming and very attentive. Bar should of been open later especially being a weekend. Breakfast was reasonable food was ok wish there was a bigger variety of things to choose from.

Whirlpool is like a hot bathtub

First off, cost me 280 some dollars to stay there overnight. I'd been driving for 9 hours .I was so looking forward to a hot tub. the Jets were weak. So I went to take a hot bath and it wouldn't change from shower to bathtub the nozzle thing was practically falling off. The next day when I asked about the hot tub they told me yeah the Jets they're not working very well so they know that so why aren't they fixing it?

We love how convient the hotel is to our twin's university. Love how clean and safe the rooms are, because my wife DOES NOT PLAY with that. We loved the add-on for breakfast(price) and that check-outs are at 12 when most are 11! Its our number 1 choice when we come to stay in Akron!!!
