The staff was the best part of the hotel. From the front desk to the restaurant/bar. I didn't feel the housekeeping actually did a good job. For example, the bed was not made but just pull the cover over. I also didn't like the fact that there was no safe in the rooms. I wouldn't feel comfortable locking anything in my vehicle being that it was in a public garage due to the lack of parking for the hotel. The food was also very good especially the breakfast. As far as the staff, I think the most friendly and valuable employee would be Cassie in the restaurant. Now only did she go over and above what was required, but also very helpful with the area and seem very nice person.

Clean place and surprisingly peaceful for being next door to a college. Overall a great experience, parking was also only 13 dollars for a nice garage right across the street. Would recommend!

Location is perfect for walking distance to restaurants and bars. Police station adjacent to hotel so felt safe walking my dog out after dark. Hotel restaurant with good menu and average prices 11-14$ sandwiches. Only down side is no complimentary breakfast. Nice surprise I found during this stay was outdoor patio. Located on second floor. Large area with tables /chairs , couches etc . Nice get away in afternoon to relax with the sun

All great except the bed

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Enjoyed the outside terrace. The only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable. The mattress sloped down on the side. My sister was in another room and had the same comment. We both had leg and back aches during the night.

The beds were very comfortable and pillows were grewt. Room was a good size. The bathroom floor was dirty. I do not like that you have to park in the garage across the street and pay $13.50/day. Parking should be included with the room.

It's goid.

This is the most expensive hotel in Kent, but its amenities and condition is mid grade. The staff is great and very attentive. Would I recommend this over a Hilton or Hampton? No i wouldn't. But the location is very convenient, so if you're a walker, you can get to the campus or restaurants nearby. Overall, its just good.

I wish I had been informed about the parking costs; if they were included in the night's stay, I would feel less deceived. Plus, depending on what nights you stay there, there is plenty of street parking.
