The A/C was very cold and room was clean. The pool pictures are definitely not accurate and they have no hot tub. My room winndow was broken with blue tape holding it together.

The property was trashy outside and in. The staff were rude. The room was not suitable for anyone. There was maybe 3 feet difference between the bed and the dresser you had to walk sideways to get past it. The bathroom the toilet was up against the wall and the cupboard. There was no elbow room at all. The toilet was also low like one for an elementary school. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Which is a shame because my sister and I had stayed there two years prior and it was amazing. That is why we booked there in the first place

Property is run down not taking care of trash pot holes property not mowed.Dirty inside every vending machine out of order.Pool that is avertised as a inside is as hot as outside smells like mildew ceiling fans had peeling paint falling gym room bird feces all over common areas trash over full Smells through halls.Asked for early check in was charged 10 dollars more a hr..never had that befor.I cleaned my room .I took pictures of mildew in bathroom and thankfully brought my own febreeze.Very disapointed i brought my son here to swim paid early check in.We had a heat advisory and cant be outside due to health conditions and were stuck in room the whole time.The worst place i ever stayed.Want pics i have plenty Dont stay here.Website is very decieving.They should never avertise indoor pool its a outside with a dangerous surroundings.They should never be representing the hall of fame Thats what we have in this area and its amazing.Shame on this place.I have pics if anyone wants proof befor wasting there money here

This was probably one of the worst hotels we ever stayed at. The room smelled so bad and there were used tiles in the bathroom already when we checked in and then housekeeping must’ve just said all the garbage from all the rooms on the first level of the hotel and I just sit there for like three days with the atrocious smell. I don’t think anyone should stay at this hotel.

My wife and I were in Canton for a trip to the Picklefest. I decided to get a room due to wanting to explore Canton more. We checked in. The TV was not working. It got fixed. I asked twice for an extra pillow, never recieved one. The lighting was an issue in the pool area. Was unkept and needed a lot of attention. The grounds needed some very serious attent, besides the whole inside.

Although the property is pretty run down our room was clean. It needs a toilet seat that fits -- there was an enlongated toilet with a round seat on it. I enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good --many items to choose including eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, juice, toast, and cereal.

I would stay away. Rooms were not great, beds you had to sleep in the middle or fall off because of the mattress. Not in a great area, lots of trash, loud obnoxious people. I was thankful we carry, as this was not a place I would ever stay again! I also paid for this on Expedia, but when i got there, I saw another charge for the stay from them, not Expedia. I questioned the hotel staff, and they acted like they had no clue. But it posted on my account, did not drop off and I had to file fraud charges on my card and cancel it because of this. Find a safer, better place than this!

We had a room for 4 ... only 2! Towels. We were told there were no towels available until 1pm! Checkout 11!! Unbelievable the room was set up with only 2 towels!!! It is a 2 bed suite! Plus broken drawer. Friday evening and only 1 employee at the desk super busy. Had to wait for ever for him to come back to the desk. He was polite ... definately understaffed. The area outside of the hotel covered with liter. Disgusting!
