The room and bathroom was dirty. The walls were filthy. It looked liked the walls were never cleaned.Black mildew between the wall and tub.There were holes in the bathroom door.The door would not close. The door closed only when it was licked from inside the room.

Ist floor smelled really really bad of urine. My 2nd floor non smoking room, smelled heavily of smoke including the bed linen. Room was very dirty & dusty. Had a jetted tub but didn't use it because it did not look clean and there was a used dirty wash cloth hanging off the shower rod. I would not recommend this hotel nor would i stay here again.

So first off, the first thing I checked was the room which was nice. The sheets were clean but the jetted tub?! So I asked to move rooms because the tub was clearly dirty but my only option was housekeeping since it was valentines weekend. Ok fine. Then he comes and asks me where the dirt is like he’s blind or something. I show him and he “cleans it” then asks me to look which I just said nvm bro. So at 8 pm I’m running to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and a bath mat so I can at least use the tub I paid for. I saw the lady they have as a daily housekeeper and now I’m wondering if my sheets were even clean. Never again will I stay there.

Jetted tub was peeling off everywhere and looked so old! Didn’t even want to shower in it! The ceiling fan/ light cover was off and under the sink. Floors not swept good. Not going back.
