Smaller resort with a very chill vibe. We visited during the middle of March. Beach has soft sand and shallow clear water. Not a party atmosphere, most people were either snorkeling or reading during the day. My partner and I were both able to finish two novels which felt great under the sun. Shade will be limited so be sure to relocate to the lobby bar area or snack bar, both which still have beautiful views. One complaint is people will towel reserve seating early, we only managed to grab an umbrella one day and we are early risers as well. Drinks and buffet food was fair while some restaurants lacked quality. Overall great though, didn't expect anything special and service was always friendly. Entertainment at night was a great change from shows to music and some dancing in the lobby bar. Rooms were always cleaned and felt great to stay in. We loved having an ocean front view and looking out to a sunrise every morning. Overall, We had a wonderful time but it lacked some of the final product of a 5 Star which we have usually stay at. This place is perfect for a chill little getaway from the big resorts and a great beach to snorkel at. Thanks so much to the staff who made it a great trip!

Everything is close and on the beach. Drive there in rush hour is long and some seaweed on the beach due to storms. However, staff worked hard to remove this every day. Great resort. Will be back.

We enjoy being on the bay, less waves in the ocean. It is all-inclusive, and the food is phenomenal. All rooms face the ocean. Very clean, very friendly staff, very relaxing. There are lounge chairs on the beach, with 'umbrella-like' structures for shade. A very nice clean pool on the property, too, with bed-type covered chairs around it. Also, they have snorkels & masks to borrow, and paddleboarding with a guide at certain times of the day. There is music - live bands every night, with dancing! There is even water-yoga offered in the mornings, and salsa lessons in the afternoons. We have been there 4 times now, and still love it.

Great and live music is fantastic!

Great place to stay. Room is very comfortable and everyone is so nice. The live music at night is terrific. They played mostly 60's, 70's, 80's and occasionally some newer. The food is very good.

While the property was quiet and the views from the rooms stunning, the meals were bland. We desperately tried to find quality food, thinking this meal was a one off. Unfortunately, during our 7 days stay, we never had high quality, flavorful food. If you are looking for a great beach and don’t care about what you eat, this is a lovely spot. If you enjoy quality, flavorful food, then I would recommend another location.

The property was beautiful and we were in one of the renovated rooms which were very nice. This resort is relaxing and quiet. No issues getting lounge chairs at any time of the day. The only bad point is that the food at the buffet was terrible, we have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this was the worst food we have had. We do not have high expectations for food at all-inclusive resorts but this did not even meet our low expectations. This resort was a bit pricier than others so we thought the food would be better.

Mostly really nice property. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The negatives were the loungers and palapas were always reserved for the day. Many time you didn’t see them used for more than half the day, just towels sitting on them. Sounds like that’s the way most resorts are but it’s still annoying.
