Our stay was only one night, but it was very pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff were both helpful & hard working. If Schenectady is a destination in our future, we would readily stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites again.

My first room was on the 3rd floor and i had all kinds of issues with the tv. It took hours and several phone calls on my part, before they allowed me to a diff room where the tv was working properly. I wasnt very happy with the length of time it took for me to become accomodated, as hours had passed. Hours that i had wanted to use their sauna and hot tub. Beds and rooms clean and comfortable. Sauna heated up nicely and was clean, as well as the hot tub. Hot tub could use some fresh paint, as it looks quite grimey when the water is still in it. Staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be, during my tv dilemma. It is centrally located, with chinese place, diner, liquor store and dollar general sharing the same parking lot. Keurig in the room, small fridge and microwave. Blackout curtains. Some rooms have only showers, others have shower bath combo.

Great stay!

Very clean and comfortable--the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the pool was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again if we're in the area.
