Outdated place with not so up to date renovations. Missing lights in the always and terrible smells of the restaurant near by. Not at all sound proof from the second floor Shower needed more cleanliness

There’s a pungent smell on one of the rooms that I was assigned to, that I had to asked them to switch me to a different room. Also, I feel like the bed linens were not changed after a previous guest, because I saw hair strands on my first night (we haven’t even use the bed) and the linens smell funky and looks dirty. I had to use only one of the beds inside the room.

Staff was nice but hotel overall needs updating. Room and beds were ok. Bathtub and bathroom ceiling were nasty. Door to get into stairwell broke so we had to use main entrance. It was on par for the price and it was conveniently next to the campus.

The outside looks very low cost and a bit tacky with the white pebbles rather than black mulch but the inside has a spacious modern update. Rooms very nice for the value. Great toiletries. The shampoo was sudsy and excellent in scent. Bar soap at sink was good. Towels were soft. Bedding excellent. The shower curtain was stained however. The breakfast was expected for a cheaper level hotel but was hoping for more. Like fresh fruits. Just raspberry or peach yogurt. Plain or raisin bagels and cream cheese, blueberry muffins, juice and coffee. Overall a very good value price.
