Overall, our stay was good. Since they were short staffed, check in was delayed for over 2 hours. We walked around town and waited. Even after calling before heading back, we were assured it would be ready in 15 minutes, it wasn't. Nothing was comped or offered to us for the inconvenience.

Great welcoming staff and the hotel is 1000% improvement overt the Saratoga Garden Inn, however, I am disappointed that there are many many diamond elite parking spots while are very few handicapped spots in comparison. Very disappointing proportions.

Staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My room was very spacious and clean. Appreciated the hot tub and pool. Would stay there again, because the location was ideal. I was 6-10 minutes away from everything I wanted to see on that trip.
