Don’t Stay Here.

Stay was fine but check in was horrible. The person at the front desk stated that my room was not ready. Ok so I wait 5 minutes later he checked in two other guests. I complained and he gives me my room. Spoke to manager who told me some time certain types of rooms are not ready that was a lie. Got the room I booked after I complained .

Perfectly Polished and Practical

We had a great stay at Hyatt Place Albany and were very pleased with the condition of the property. Everything felt well cared for and exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the room. Our room was fresh, comfortable, and spotless, which gave us a lot of peace of mind and made for a relaxing visit. Parking was convenient when checking in, with a spot right by the entrance to unload luggage. Luggage carts were available and came in handy, especially if you’re traveling with more bags. Overnight parking was simple as well—the garage is right next to the hotel, easy to access, and made coming and going stress-free. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of hot and cold items that were well prepared and regularly restocked. It was a nice way to start the day before heading out. Overall, Hyatt Place Albany provided an excellent experience—clean, comfortable, and convenient. We would gladly stay here again on a future trip.
