In a forest with a shuttle

Located in a forest by a nature trail, this hotel is a seven-minute shuttle drive from the airport. There's a nature trail behind it, a great paved trail. Also, the shuttle can take you to a restaurant and pick you up. They have a list of the restaurants. Great service!

This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel right near the airport. Our plane was delayed until after 2:30 am but they still picked us up promptly after we called and checked us in without a hitch. The beds were very comfortable and the place was really clean and well appointed. It was quiet. Perfect for what we needed.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. First, I had to wait for two and a half hours to check in, only to be told by the new group of receptionists at 3:00 PM that they were unaware guests were waiting. This is unacceptable and shows poor communication and management at the front desk. Second, during my three-day stay, housekeeping never came to clean my room, despite my repeated requests. I asked multiple times for my room to be cleaned, but no one ever showed up. This level of service is far below what I expect from a hotel of your standard, and it significantly impacted my experience.

As an airport hotel, it was fine. No frills but it was clean. On both times that I stayed, I waited for over 30 minutes to be picked up by the free shuttle though the location is about 2 minutes' drive away. The second time I had to call again to remind them that I was waiting, as no one told the driver, apparently... something to work on!
