Distributed in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of them in the main room, living-dining room and kitchen equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, kitchenware necessary for cooking and eating comfortably, TV. Very bright all year. In summer, the sea breeze runs through the rooms and has heating to enjoy it also in winter.
It is located in the north of Port Saplaya. Facing the sea, with panoramic views of the dock, the beach, the yacht club and the entrance entrance. In the distance you can see the Port and the city of Valencia. On the other side, the rich Valencian Orchard, fields planted with vegetables and tigernuts, with which the horchata is made, and its farmhouses, some very old, that can be visited. The building has a garage in the basement. In summer you can also access the pool. Games for children in the urbanization.

Fabulous views

Everything was as advertised and the location is superb. We were a little worried about lack of airco but the through breezes made the apartment very pleasant most of the time. There were a couple of evenings when it got hot but there were free standing fans and a ceiling fan so it wasn’t a problem. The kitchen was well equipped although a little dated and the showers were excellent. Over 30 restaurants in walking distance, a large hyper market 10 minutes walk away and less than 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. Huge pool which we did not use. There is an underground parking spot but it is extremely tight and only suitable for a small car - not really a need for a car here. Nothing not to like.
