Dear Guest, thank you very much for your feedback and for the time you have dispensed to write it. We ask you for your apologies about the noise, but we do our maximum effort to put the noise down, especially at night. We have a night auditor that does several patrols at night to control the noise (and also the daily shifts), and can happen that we need to call the authorities to help with that. As soon as he´s reached out, for noise or any other reason, he immediately reacts and takes the necessary measures towards the situation. Regardless the noise issue, we must thank you for liking the service provided by our staff and we do appreciate your review when you refer the breakfast (because every opinion does matter).
