Our dedicated mission to environmental responsibility is a testament to this commitment.The Mar 2 terraced house has been beautifully decorated and features marble floors, including stairs with stainless steel and glass handrails. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, with individual units in bedrooms and living room. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and private bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a balcony with stunning views of the pools, gardens, and sea.The bathrooms are fully equipped with quality finishes. The modern kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.The spacious terrace features a seating area and a brick barbecue, offering a perfect setting for outdoor meals with views of the pool and sea.Externally, the property is located in a beautiful complex with 2 pools (for adults and children) and well-maintained gardens.The city of Albufeira is just 5 minutes away (2.5 km), making it ideal for families, couples, and golfers, with several golf courses nearby. Various beaches are less than 10 minutes by car, as well as a water park, a zoo, and a marina.Albufeira's Old Town, full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is just 5 minutes away. At Páteo, 1 km from the house, you can find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.From the 5th to the 7th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
