📌 Additional Rules & Important Information

• Security deposit: guests must leave a $100 deposit per person, paid by bank transfer or cash at check-in. It will be refunded by bank transfer within 2 weeks after check-out if there is no damage.

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: until 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and confirmed 2–3 days before arrival.

• Additional guests: possible 5th guest on request, with extra bed, sheets, and towels for $150/week.
