The Villa Blue Lagoon is a stunning property in Albufeira, with panoramic sea views and just 5 minutes from the best beaches. Recently renovated, this magnificent holiday home offers a fantastic pool and a games room equipped with pool table, table football, and table tennis, ensuring fun for the whole family.



The highlight is the incredible views. From the bright living room, you can admire the Albufeira Marina and the sea, with direct access to the balcony. On the first floor, an elegant reading room allows you to appreciate the landscape while relaxing.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped and connects to the dining room, with a service area on the ground floor.



The villa has five bedrooms: one on the ground floor, three on the lower floor (one of them en suite with a double shower) and the main suite on the second floor, which includes a stunning bathtub with sea view.



Outside, the pool, balcony, and built-in barbecue create the perfect setting for unforgettable moments. The property also has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.



Restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets are a short distance away, and beaches like Castelo, São Rafael, and Galé are just minutes away. The Albufeira Marina, historic centre, and Strip are just 10 minutes by car.



Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 11th to the 12th guest (1 adult + 1 baby), an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Large family get together ranging from young children to grandparents, the property fulfilled everyone's needs. Property had a great aspect overlooking the harbour and town, but far enough away from the many bars.

The views are stunning. There is plenty of space. One of the rooms felt like it was below the standard from the rest of the house. We had an ant infestation and we were told by the property owners that it was up to us to buy ant traps! The house comes with NO supplies. No garbage bags, salt, pepper nothing! The sheets in one of the rooms had not been changed…yuck! For the price it was disappointing

Amazing would recommend !!

Perfect stay photos do not do the accommodation justice! Massive property with everything you need plus extremely well looked after and clean.The view from the villa is amazing.The only thing is it is quite the way out of the town around a 7 minute drive which wasn’t an issue. Just not in real walking distance to much. Amazing place though and would recommend to anyone going to Portugal.

Amazing home and views

This is a fantastic home and was perfect for our family. You could spend your days at this home rather than the beach and still be happy. The only negatives are difficulty finding the home on arrival since it is named differently than what is in the booking, and the kitchen is completely bare of essentials like salt, basic spices, dish soap, etc.…you have to purchase everything at the grocery store.

Perfect vacation spot

We loved our stay! Everything was easy and close. We had so many beaches within 10 minutes of us. The house has breathtaking views but you’ll need to bring the basic essentials with you like salt, oil, laundry detergent, etc. it was nice to have laundry because we didn’t have anything changed over as far as sheets and towels. I recommend this house and we had a wonderful time.

House and area was nice but be aware there are zero extras at the rental. No extra garbage bags no extra dishwasher tablets no charcoal for the bbq no shampoo No laundry soap Didn't have a broom and asked for days finally got delivered on the 5th day. We arranged a chef through the management company for my birthday and they forgot a bunch of the meal and i had to be refunded. I think the house is nice and near a good beach but they should provide better customer service so that you are not shopping for the basics Also there was no budging on check in (4pm )and check out times (10 am )which was frustrating when travelling

Superb villa

The Villa surpassed our expectations. Upon arrival the place was immaculate! You wouldn't have thought anyone had stayed there before us! We were warm welcomed by Carlos. The villa was clean and felt good. All the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and had ocean views. All the facilities were great including the WiFi which had very good reception. Outside was plenty of terrace to eat & relax with fantastic views and games area. Kids loved the pool and there was extra entertainment in the table tennis. Perfect to keep the kids busy. The only downside was we did not stay longer.

Oaww! It’s a beautiful, spacious, clean villa

The Villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday it was immaculate and much bigger than the pictures show, in a quiet area. Beautiful pool area with amazing views, that was cleaned regularly and so relaxing we didn't want to leave. Highly recommended and we will certainly be hoping to go back next year. If it was possible I would love to buy this Villa.

Spectacular views

After great communication with Olivia, I booked this Villa. She was fantastic during the booking process. The private transfers that Olivia sorted out was a lovely little touch. It saved me having to find alternatives and the driver knew exactly where the property was. When we arrived everything was spotless. The weather was fantastic for January, the villa had lots of space for our family, was well maintained and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size and the views over Albufeira were breathtaking. The location is quiet perfect for relaxing. Uber taxis are plenty and cheap. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
