Villa Pedra Luxe - Spacious modern villa

Summary:

Villa Pedra Luxe comfortably sleeps up to eight guests in four cosy bedrooms. Inside the luxurious villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large modern spacious living/dining room, two twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms, and five bathrooms.



The Space:

All bedrooms are en-suite, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor.



Also in the garage is a large games room with bikes, a pool table, and a football table. Outside is a dining area perfect for al fresco dining and an outdoor pool.



Should you have extra guests joining your stay, we can provide a comfortable Z bed at a supplement cost of £150 per week for the ninth guest, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably.



There is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable, of course, subject to no damage).



Please note, the villa is pet friendly, however, prior notice is required, as is a deposit of £150 plus an extra cleaning cost.
