The 3 o clock guaranteed check in was late even though I got there at 2 and alerted I was there. The lady looked at the computer and said “it shows they are cleaning your rooms now and will be ready before the 3 pm guaranteed check in time!” I had no problem with that and went to my car. Around 3:45 the rooms were finally ready. The key for one of the two rooms worked 50% of the time and the door had to be shoved to close. The breakfast was nice with selections of breads/muffins/bagels, cereal, scrambled eggs, potatoes (done differently both days we stayed) and sausage one day and bacon the next. They also had a place to make waffles. The dinner snack was a disappointment in our opinion. It was chips, jalapeño flavored cheese dip and salsa. The staff was very friendly.

I would highly recommend this property. Everyone on the staff we encountered was so cheerful and friendly. After we checked in they even called up to our room to make sure we were good. The first morning we were there though the handle came off of the tub faucet. They said it would take at least a couple of hours. We told them that we didn't have that time as we had an event we needed to be at. They upgraded us and moved us to a different room. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working but they sent someone right up. He thought he fixed it but room got hotter so I called to the front desk and explained and she asked if I wanted someone to come back up or be moved. I told her I just wanted to move and she said I will be right up with a couple of sets of keys and we will make sure air is good before we move you. Moved just a room over. I know this all sounds bad but I think it was just our turn for a series of unfortunate incidents. The way the staff handled it was amazing. Always so helpful and apologetic for our inconvenience. Breakfast was delicious with a big variety. Place was clean and pool area was very nice. Location is convenient as we were close to the airport and Kirtland Air Force base. We caught a ballgame , The Isotopes. Very close to UNM stadium. I would definitely return here.

Nice exercise room. Very nice complimentary self-serve breakfast the whole works--scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, muffins, waffles, fruit, juice. Not a fancy menu, but very tasty.

Don’t stay here unless you want your car broken into! And the hotel probably knows it will happen but doesn’t care. They force larger vehicles to park on the street (with a false promise of “security”) and I awoke to a broken window and an unsympathetic hotel. Thanks for nothing!

This was a great stay. Hotel was brand new and it was a holiday weekend so staff was hustling! Breakfast was excellent, sitting areas in and around the hotel were very welcoming and comfortable. There are indoor and outdoor games, fire pits, outdoor grills, and an indoor pool. It is in a great location, easy to get on and off the freeway and easy to get into town. The only negative thing for me was the number of dogs! So many dogs! This is not a reflection on the hotel but on pet owners - there was already dog hair on make of the cushions/decorative pillows because people let them on the furniture. Hopefully that's not a future issue for this otherwise great hotel.
