The guys who was on the clock n working at the front desk around 10:50am was so ruin n all he care was about flirting with one of the maid who he was behind the counter. To my acknowledge, it is bad for business. When a worker is rude to a customer. Other then dat everything was good.

The hotel is in a bad part of town with sign in the parking lot about Not Being a Victim to Crime. Felt very unsafe there. Not enough parking in lite up areas or handicap parking available. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is pretty dated, and pretty dirty. The front desk kid was friendly but running his legs off, and did what he could with what he had. I would NOT recommend this hotel when there are soooo many better choices in the same area.

The staff was super nice. Front area was nice, but the cleanliness of the room was far from expectation. The floor was dirty. Hair was in the sink, the tub, on the toilet and the floor. I even question whether the sheets were clean, as there seemed to be dirt between all the sheets. I have stayed at this hotel before (years ago) so I was confident in renting, but i was very disappointed.

It was very disappointing that the pool and jacuzzi were closed also the laundry room. Our toilet was not flushing so they had to come twice to fix it also I went for ice and the ice machine was not working.
