While the hotel is undergoing a complete renovation, guests are being placed in completed rooms. My room was completely updated and was really comfortable and nice. The lobby has been redone and is nicely appointed and ready for guests. Food options are within walking distance. Quiet place and close to the airport. Also...free shuttle! Staff was friendly and very helpful

Mediocre at best. Less than average service. Room i was given at check in was dirty and uncleaned. Had to switch rooms. My card was charged extra and staff could not explain why. Called front desk and was fed BS then hung up on. I had to call back 6 times to be told call back the next day for a manager. Called the following day and explained the issus. After complaining the missing money was returned to my account. Will not stay here again

We've stayed her numerous times. This time, they were under construction and did NOT let us know there was no running water in our room!!! When we told them they said sorry! No refund no change to another room. They told us that the night shift was supposed to inform us that there was no running water because of construction. This should have been advertised!!!!!!!!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at the Courtyard by Marriott was unacceptable from start to finish. We were initially assigned a room where the shower didn’t work. When we went downstairs to request a different room, we were met with resistance and had to argue about why having a working shower is a basic expectation. Eventually, we were moved to another room — but things only got worse. The carpet had visible burn marks, the bathroom was filthy, and there was grime and dirt not just on the floor and in the tub, but disturbingly, hair on the ceiling. Clearly, housekeeping did not do a proper job, and the overall state of the room was unsanitary and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Marriott-branded property. This was a terrible experience, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Don't waste your money here.
