The location was perfect for our soccer tournament, which was 2 miles down the road. Staff were responsive and polite. The beds were comfortable and we had no complaints about our time spent there. Great quality and value.

Stained sheets old bath

It was as clean as it could get. It’s an old hotel that was somewhat remodeled. It needs a new bathtub and toilet they’re very old and cracked or stained. The bedsheet was stained too.

Not a good experience

Arrived and the front desk lady was super helpful. Had two rooms. At first one rooms keys did not want to work, and the second room had not yet been cleaned and was not ready for us. Told the front desk, she sent a maid and got my keys to work. Maid said ahe didnt speak english and vanished without doing anything. Told the front desk she sent the head maid and they cleaned the room then and there. That room was fine. The first room whos keys didnt work yeah, that one. It reaked of cigarette smoke. Badly. I quit smoking 12 years ago. This room made me itch. There were ashes on the window sill. They had no other room. To put me in and no where else to go. I used an entire can of febreeze in there and it still smelled like an over used ashtray. Thefront desk girl Ava. She tried to help. Her manager came in in the morning told her. She said she was going to try and help. Thankfully we were only there for the night and i am home now. I cant say ill never go back there, but, it likely i wont. They said since i used hotels.com they couldnt refund me.

Rooms weren’t so clean our shower still had hair from previous stay the floors were filthy dirty and our sheets were stained as well. Breakfast is horrible and we had people yelling running the halls at 2/3/4 am throughout our 4 night stay!! Yes I called front desk they would check but it was useless !
