The staff was horrible he charged me 20 extra plus 100 deposit the twenty was for me to check on an half hour before check in but it wasn't on receipt so he just pocketed I'm guessing but I didn't stay there but 2 hours and we left it was not like advertised so they an extra day pay for free total waste of money ruined our plans and never again plus there homeless everywhere sorry

Upon arrival, the front desk person was very rude. He was not approachable. He told me that I couldn’t have any visitors. The property around was buried dirty my room was OK, but it had a hole in the door and the curtains had holes. The stairs were deteriorated and you feel very unsafe. I only spend the day there because it was the only you can say reasonable hotel. I will definitely not stay there again.

Room was clean, but the noise. Was awake until 3am, on day of check out. I'm guessing they were other guests. Sounded like a bunch of kids running up and down the stairs and running across the walkway, and talking and laughing really loud.

The first room smelled like cigarettes & weed. Bedding was dirty. Had to remind the staff i requested handicapped accessible. Got moved to another room. 2nd room had foot prints on the sheets and the smoke detector was ripped off the wall.

It was in a poor part of town and scary. Found out what extended stay means- a lot of dirty old men. Rooms are totally worn out especially the bathrooms. I should have realized this because of the price. I will not trust the name WYNDOM again.

Confrontational staff at the roach motel

Check in was a nightmare, dealing with the hotel receptionist was very rude and I was not informed about the hundred dollar deposit I would have to put up for my stay. Every aspect of the hotel was dirty the bathroom, the bedsheets, the floor, the sink, the mirror the property. Had difficulty finding my room hotel receptionist was no help provided confusing instructions, did not feel like a welcome guest more like a backhanded transaction.

Drunk lady tried to open our door at 9PM. Dirty linen and bathroom. No telephone or hand towels in bathroom. Strange people sitting outside the rooms. Rude front desk lady during check in. Guests blast music from 4PM until I finally left at 3AM.
