I booked this hotel because an airport shuttle was listed as an amenity. When I asked about the shuttle for our flight the next day, I was told that there was no shuttle service on the weekends. We had to figure it out on our own. Why list it as an amenity and then refuse to offer the service?

A lot of the doors looked like the frames have been damaged due to having to force them open. That gave me a bad idea and made me wonder. The latch that stops the door from the inside was really loose and would have stopped it there was a break in.
