I require service animal, the staff specially the manager told me that I could not bring my pet into the facility because you only have six rooms available. I tried to explain to her that this is a service animal, not a pet and she refused my service due to my service animal and having no rooms available due to remodeling so they only have six rooms available and all were taken. I really hated this. The manager was discriminatory. She was very rude. She did not care. This was a service animal that I was a required medical device and a bandage of myself, I will never ever stay here and I will contact corporate.
